Steps I am taking to decrease transmission during the COVID-19 Pandemic

  • Communicate to my clients that, they should not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes prior to appointment time.
  • Each client must answer pre-screening form and waiver prior to treatment. If yes to any of the questions, appointment will be cancelled and client is to leave, self isolate and call doctor.
  • Providing touchless hand sanitizer for clients just inside entrance door.
  • Clients footwear is to taken off inside entrance door.
  • Providing non-surgical mask for clients at a cost of 75 cents.
  • RMT to be wearing non-surgical masks when less than a 6 foot distance.
  • Covering Point of Sale machine and cleaning after each use.
  • Providing touchless soap dispenser in washroom for clients, and disinfecting touch points in washroom after each use.
  • Washing all bedding after each client and disinfecting touch points throughout treatment room.
  • RMT to wash hands prior to, and post massage treatment.
  • Disinfecting all doorknobs and countertops / touch points used (entrance, treatment room, washroom and reception area.
  • RMT to self assess with health screening questionnaire daily.
